Excellent courtesy, quiet premises quiet and soundproof. Comfy beds nice warm bathroom, with spacious shower, blankets and pillows galore. independent heating and sufficient for the cold day that it was. We also got a small bottle of water each and chocolates--in the lobby plenty of brochures and pamphlets--what more could you ask for?

Good location for setting off to explore Lucca but especially the surrounding area (Lucca villas, Abetone, thermal baths). Very clean and with good facilities.
